WACS & Custom Culinary® 

Custom Culinary® is the proud sponsor of the Hans Bueschkins Jr. Chefs Challenge designed to discover the 'best young cook in the world'. Each Junior Chef competitor focuses on core Culinary fundamentals such as composition of the menu and service of the meals.  This competition is designed to challenge each junior Culinarian to prove to the jury the evidence of his/her culinary and organizational skills

Custom Culinary® is also the sole sponsor of the WACS Train-the-Trainer initiative.  Train-the-Trainer works to support Culinarians in teaching positions (whether overseeing apprentices in a kitchen or teachers in classrooms), schools and education programs in WACS member countries to offer a better quality education.
